How do I join and what does it cost?

Becoming a member of the B.O.A.T. Club is as simple as filling out a Membership Application and forwarding it to the Club Secretary with payment of the following fees:

Joining Fee – $100.00 (one-off payment for new members)

Member Subscription Fee – $276.00 + Capital Fund Fee – $80.00

• Pro-rata fees per full month remaining if joining during the Club year.
• The Club year is from July to June.

The member subscription fee covers the member, spouse or partner, unmarried children up to the age of 21 and grandchildren up to the age of 17. The financial member must accompany their grandchildren when they are visiting Boathaven.

Optional Fees

Storage Locker (if available) – $84.00 per year

Dingy Rack (if available) – $48.00 per year

Other Member Benefits

Becoming a Member of the B.O.A.T. Club also offers the following benefits:

Members are permitted to invite day visitors to enjoy the benefits of Boathaven on a limited basis. A voluntary donation for use of facilities is appreciated.

Members are permitted to invite overnight visitors to Boathaven, also on a limited basis. Overnight visitors are permitted to stay for two nights in any seven-day period and only four times in any one year. A fee applies to overnight visitors. Naturally, a financial member must accompany ALL visitors.
